When to wear false eyelashes?
Just like all beauty products, there is a wide range of false eyelashes. So first ask yourself: what do I want to use them for? If you want them for a party, you can go all out. Opt for full, long lashes that stand out well when you have a killer eye look. You can even choose lashes with glitter or colors! Looking for false eyelashes for school or work? Then go for something softer and more subtle.
How to apply false eyelashes
- Every eye is different. That’s why it’s important to find the right size for your eye. You can trim a bit off for the right length. Just make sure to cut from the outer edge of the lash, otherwise, it will look odd.
- Got the right length? Then apply the glue along the edge of the false eyelashes. Wait about 30 seconds until the glue becomes a bit tacky.
- Place a mirror on the table and look into it when applying the lashes. Position the false lash at the edge of your own lash line. Press it down gently, with a slight downward motion. It might not work perfectly the first time, no worries. Just keep practicing.
- Hold the false lash in place until it is securely attached to your own lash line.
- And voilà, ready to go! In the evening, you can gently remove the false lashes. This way, you can stick them back in the packaging and use them again later.
