1. I would like to change an order, is this possible?
Have you placed an order but want to change it? Please contact us by phone so we can try to change your order as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can unfortunately no longer make any adjustments for you.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order after placing it.
2. I have a complaint, where can I submit this?
Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services?
That is of course not the intention. Please contact us as soon as possible via the methods below, so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

3. I provided my address incorrectly, what now?
Try to inform us of the change as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can still adjust your address. If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes (in this case, you are not entitled to a refund).
4. I am an influencer and I would like to collaborate with you, is that possible?
We receive many requests regarding receiving and reviewing products from ANVY. We think this is really great! Unfortunately, we cannot send products to every influencer. Every month, we select a number of influencers, and they receive a package with products from us. Would you also like to be considered? Then send us a message with your details.

We find it important that our reviews provide an honest and reliable picture of our products and service. That is why we use Lipscore: Real Reviews™️.
Lipscore is entirely focused on real experiences. Since January 2023, only verified buyers can leave reviews. This means that every review on our webshop comes from a real customer who has actually made a purchase.
How does it work?
- After placing an order, you will automatically receive an invitation from Lipscore to share your experience.
- You can easily give a rating (1–5 stars) and optionally add a written review.
- Each review will display a “Verified Buyer” badge, so you can be sure that the rating is authentic.
- Reviews are not modified, filtered, or removed, unless inappropriate language is used.
Transparent and safe
Lipscore has strict rules to exclude fraud, spam, and fake reviews. Reviews from its own employees, suppliers, or partners are prohibited. Furthermore, all data is processed securely in accordance with European privacy legislation (GDPR).
