Complaints procedure

Of course, it can happen that things do not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing  info@anvy.nl. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
