Shipping

Shipping Costs

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. Orders are delivered FREE in the Netherlands for amounts starting from € 25,- (excluding shipping costs and discount codes). Shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands under € 25,- are € 3.99.

The shipping rate for Belgium and Germany for an order is € 6.49, regardless of the order amount. It is not possible to have a package sent to a P.O. box or to a pickup point.

Delivery Times

Within the Netherlands, we try to ship your order within two working days. Of course, due to circumstances, it may happen that the delivery time is slightly longer than you are used to. Outside the Netherlands, shipping takes a bit longer.

Deviating delivery time

During the holidays and in bad weather conditions, the delivery of your package may take a little longer. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and is the responsibility of the delivery company.

Pickup

It is not possible to pick up an order placed with ANVY on location.

Returning

Do you want to exchange your product or has your order arrived damaged or defective? You have the legal right to report a product for return within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To better meet customer expectations, we ask you to fill in a reason when reporting your return. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

If you make use of this right of return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after the return notification (your return shipment must actually be in the possession of ANVY).

  • In the case of a return shipment of one or more products from an order, only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded, and no shipping costs.
  • In the case of a return shipment of the entire order, the total amount paid will be refunded, including the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and unopened.

Note: all make-up products are not accepted for return.

The costs for returning are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Depreciation

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return.

Refund

As soon as we have received your return, you will be refunded the full order amount within 14 days or we will exchange your product. Only the costs for returning the item to us are at your own expense. For exchanging a product, you do not pay any extra shipping costs, only the return costs.

Registering a return or exchange

For both exchanges and returns, we ask you to contact us in advance. This way, we can send you the correct instructions.


After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days after registration, provided the product is received in good condition.

1. I would like to change an order, is this possible?

Have you placed an order but want to change it? Please contact us by phone so we can try to change your order as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can unfortunately no longer make any adjustments for you.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order after placing it.

2. I have a complaint, where can I submit this?

Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services?

That is of course not the intention. Please contact us as soon as possible via the methods below, so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

3. I provided my address incorrectly, what now?

Try to inform us of the change as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can still adjust your address. If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes (unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund in this case).

4. My order arrived incorrectly or damaged, what now?

Oh no! Did you receive something that is damaged or incorrect? Let us know within 3 days of receipt, and we will resolve it for you immediately.
