Within the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Deliveries outside the Netherlands may take a little longer. During holidays or busy periods, delivery may be delayed.
What are the shipping costs?
The prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. Orders are delivered FREE in the Netherlands from € 25,- (excluding shipping costs and discount codes). Shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands under € 25,- are € 3.99.
The shipping rate for Belgium and Germany for an order is € 6.49, regardless of the order amount. It is not possible to have a package sent to a P.O. box or to a pickup point.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Did you order before 14:00 and want to cancel? Then contact us immediately, our last package departs around 14:00! Did you order after 14:00? Then call us by the next working day before 14:00. We will do our best to assist you in time!

How long do I have to exchange my product?
You have up to 30 days after receipt to exchange your product, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and neatly packaged.
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
What should I do in case of a damaged delivery?
Report a damaged item within 3 days of receipt to us. Preferably include a photo, and we will provide a suitable solution.
Can I still modify my order?
As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can contact us to change your order. We are happy to help!
